Angela Gossow Urach

Angela Gossow was born to Christian parents in Cologne, Germany, and had three siblings. Her parents divorced when she was 17. Their business failed, adding to her financial woes. Being anorexic, and also bulimic was a further cause of her issues. Gossow, who was ARCH ENIY's main singer until recently, said that she'd decided to retire. My journey began in the year 1991. The joy of living on the road was fading. Then I decided not to play around anymore, and instead quit. The group's initial frontman was Johan Liiva, who was later substituted by German singer Angela Gossow. Her most well-known work is her work as lead vocalist of the Swedish metalcore band Arch Enemy, and was the first vocalist to be a founding member and singer of Canadian metalcore band The Agonist. Arch Enemy is a band which deserves to be praised.
